The Controller will process the Personal Data of the Users concerned adopting the appropriate security measures to prevent its unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.
The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic instruments, with an organisational and logic mode strictly related to the purposes indicated. In certain circumstances, other categories of assigned subjects involved in structuring the Site may have access to the Data in addition to the Controller (i.e. administrative, sales, marketing, and legal personnel, system administrators) or, in other words, subjects external to the company (such as suppliers of third party technical service, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, advertising agencies), who the Controller may, if necessary, appoint as Data Processors. The updated list of the Processors can always be requested from the Controller of data Processing.

Purpose of Processing the collected Data

The User's Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide services, in the same way as the following purposes: to respond to the User who interacts with the website.

The types of Personal Data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.

In relation to the processed data, the user may, at any time, exercise his rights recognised by Article 7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003 which states:

1. The party involved has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or absence of his or her personal data, even if it has not yet been registered, and the intelligible communication of the data.

2. The party involved has the right to obtain an indication of:

a) the origin of the personal data;

b) the means by and ends for which the data is processed;

c) the type of logic applied in the case of electronic data processing;

d) the identification data of the controller, the persons in charge, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;

e) the parties or categories to whom the personal data can be disclosed or who may become aware of the same in their role as designated representatives or parties in charge in the Italian territory.

3. The party involved has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, correction, or whenever deemed necessary, the integration of the data;

b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not require conservation in regard to the purpose for which it was originally acquired or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations in Letters a) and b) were brought to the awareness, even as regards their content, of those to whom this data was originally communicated or disclosed, except in the case when this proves to be impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected.

4. The party involved has the right to totally or partially oppose:

a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of his or her personal data, even when pertinent to the purpose of acquisition;

b) the processing of personal data that regards the transmission of advertising or direct sale material, market research or commercial communication.

Legal defence

The User's Personal Data may be used in the Controller's defence in court, or in preliminaries to the possible institution of legal proceedings, against misuse of the data or of its connected services, by the User.
The User states he is fully aware that the Controller may be required to disclose the Data if requested to by the public authorities.

Specific Disclosure

Upon the User's request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application could provide the User with additional and contextual information regarding specific services, or the collection and processing of Personal Data.

System logs and maintenance

For needs regarding operation and maintenance, this Application and any third party services it uses may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and which may also contain Personal Data, such as the User's IP address.

Additional information in relation to the processing of Personal Data may be requested at any time from the Controller using the contact information.

Exercising of the User's rights

The subjects to whom the Personal Data refers have the right at any given moment to receive confirmation that their data is on file at the offices of the Data Controller, to be informed of its contents and source, to check that the data is accurate or to request that it be integrated with other data, deleted, updated, corrected, transformed anonymously, or to forbid that the Personal Data be processed if in breach of the law, as well as to oppose that it be processed, provided that the objection be founded on legitimate reasons.

All requests must be submitted to the Data Controller.

This Application does not support "Don Not Track" requests. To find out if any third party services used support these requests, please refer to their privacy policy.

Changes to this Privacy policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend, update, supplement or remove parts of the present Privacy Information Notice at its sole discretion at any time. Please therefore consult this page often and refer to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If the User fails to accept the modification made to this privacy policy, the User is required to cease using this Application and may request that the Controller of the Processing remove their Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to Personal Data which has been collected up to that point.
